We believe the environment shapes the experience, which is why we prioritize clean, creative, and well-maintained spaces that feel safe, inspiring, and full of possibility. Large green areas for outdoor play and exploration are also a key part of our design—because movement, nature, and freedom matter.

Just as important are the extraordinary individuals who serve as guides. These are not just employees, but passionate mentors committed to the Acton mission—each bringing unique skills and a deep love for helping young people grow in character, curiosity, and confidence.

From time to time, heroes have the opportunity to pitch ideas for how to invest in their own learning spaces and materials.
